  • Joined SPP in 1990 and resigned as General secretary SSP in 1994 

  • Joined SDF on 13th August 1999 and contested from Soreng and won 

  • Reelected from Soreng constituency in the year 2004 

  • Is inducted Minister for Law Department, Parliamentary Affairs Department, Tourism Department and Commerce & Industries Department
